Can I use my Emile Henry products directly from the freezer to the oven?
Yes, our HR Ceramic® is designed to withstand high thermal shock. You can take a dish directly from a temperature of -20°C (-4°F) and place it in a preheated oven up to 270°C (520°F).
Are these products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Absolutely. All Emile Henry ceramic bakeware and tableware are safe for use in the dishwasher, microwave, oven, and freezer.
