At Emile Henry, we take pride in the quality of our French-made ceramic cookware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully secure your ceramic items in their original boxes with protective padding to ensure they arrive at our warehouse without damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned cookware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
